Steve Scharlau is the owner and lead Appraiser at Property Prosource with more than 15 years of experience in property appraisal. He carries a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology and has continued annual education in the appraisal field, including office & retail appraisal, investment property appraisal & financial analysis, residential construction, FHA guidelines, commercial investment analysis and legal prospective on inspection. Brad Schank, Licensed Appraiser

Brad Schank is a licensed appraiser at Property Prosource, with more than two years experience as a full time real estate appraiser with the Property Prosource. Brad carries a Bachelor of Science degree in Commercial/Residential Appraisals and Sales & Marketing from St. Cloud State University. He also continues to meet the annual education requirements in all aspects of appraisal practices. Brad is working on his Certified General Appraisal license for MN & WI and is hoping to meet the qualifications soon. Brad holds a WI Real Estate Sales license and has assisted his father in real estate sales, appraisals and auctions part-time for over 6 years.
