By using an experienced Certified General  Appraiser, you don’t have to worry about whether the appraiser can handle the property you need appraised. Only the Certified General Level of Licensure is capable of handling ANY level of complexity. Appraisers who are not Certified General are limited to those properties that are not too big and not too complex.
