Armed with a true laser measurement tool (accurate to 1/16th of an inch in 600 feet) and a tablet computer, the property is fully sketched & defined before leaving the site.

We use a dedicated software that increases the accuracy and efficiency of each appraisal ten-fold. The software uses standard Microsoft databases to store and retrieve data for almost instant custom reports. It is estimated that less than 15% of commercial appraisers invest in this specialized software for commercial appraisals.
